Re: External Access to Workspace

I don't mean to hijack this but I have a similar issue.

 

Internal / External FQDN is the same. Port 443 is open through a UAG device but we can only get to the client download page.

When I installed the Workspace client (on an external laptop) it verified the Workspace was available and completed. However, the client cannot connect to Workspace, says its unavailable.

 

VMware support suggested disabling the socket forwarding feature, which has been successful with Horizon View in the past. However, in this case it hasn't worked.

 

Any help appreciated.
