I have successfully implemented vCenter Support Assistant. When I run the Diagnostics, all checks pass. When I try to login to My VMware using my valid credentials, I get the message "Invalid credentials, Please check your username and password".
I know my credentials are correct and working becuase I can login to My VMware directly using the same username and password that I am trying with the vCenter Support Assistant.
Has anyone had simmilar issues, or have any suggestions as to what might be going wrong?
