If you have serious latency problem (maybe was not your case) I always suggest to notify to the testing center to open a case.
If you do not complete the exam for this kind of issues and you are not confided on a good result the best way it's just notify, abort the attempt and retry after some weeks (the redeem process take a lot of days!).
